Students discover that leadership is not advanced management — it is the development of identity and relational capacity. Drawing from neuroscience, Scripture, and Kingdom principles, this course trains leaders to understand the difference between the brain’s identity and relational system, its management and problem-solving systems, and why most leaders burn out by living in the wrong one.
We will learn how identity governs behaviour more powerfully than choice, why joy is the fuel of emotional maturity, and how trauma, fear, and isolation quietly sabotage leadership capacity. Through brain science, biblical models, and practical exercises, students develop emotional capacity, relational intelligence, and the ability to lead from wholeness rather than fear. The outcome is a leader who does not merely produce results but builds people, sustains joy, and carries authority without losing themselves.
