You’re not the senior leader.

Leaders are prime targets. Because if the right-hand man falls, the whole structure shakes.

They don’t compete with the vision. They carry the heart. They don’t seek the spotlight. They strengthen the platform. They become worth their weight in gold.
Joseph did it.
Elisha did it.
Solomon did it before he ever wore the crown.
